This microsite is published on the occasion of the 2nd Urban Art Contest. Manhole Cover Painting, organized by Aguas de Benahavís as part of the "Water Wise" campaign for its 15th anniversary. All content, images and design are the property of Aguas de Benahavís or are used with due authorization.

Data protection — contest registration

In accordance with the Contest Terms & Conditions of the 2nd Urban Art Contest, the information about how your personal data is processed when you register is as follows:

• Data controller: Aguas de Benahavís, S.A.
• Purpose: to manage your participation in the 2nd Urban Art Contest. Manhole Cover Painting, verify compliance with the entry requirements and, where applicable, communicate and manage the awarding of the prize.
• Data processed: first name, last name, email address and postal address.
• Legal basis: your consent when registering.
• Recipients: your data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
• Source: the data is obtained directly from you.
• Your rights: you may access, rectify and delete your data, among other rights, by writing to protecciondedatos@aguasdebenahavis.es.
